TIME PERIOD
Please note that the approximate shipping time you see at checkout begins AFTER the order processing time.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If I need time to make it if one is not in stock, I will email you ASAP. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
CARRIER DELAYS
I sent an ornament via USPS three weeks prior to Christmas - in the city of my business - that did not arrive until the 2nd week of December! I am not be responsible for their shipping backlog.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
I will occasionally offer free standard shipping in the USA for purchases over a certain amount. That announcement will be a banner on the top of all pages in the website.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Lubbock, TX. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
My in-store pickup is by appointment. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico
At this time, we only ship to USA, Canada, or Mexico.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me here with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P. O. Boxes.
