• This stone has an interesting history, as it was mis-named, but the incorrect name stuck. The snails preserved in the stone are actually NOT Turritella. They’re of the Elimia tenera species. Regardless of the name, the stone itself is truly fascinating in appearance.
• It is said to be very grounding and connected to ancestral wisdom.
• The frame was created from antiqued silver filled wire, which has many layers of sterling silver bonded to a base wire, unlike the several layers of plated wire.
